RETURN OF GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY IS POSSIBLE IF:

  1. Items have not been used
  2. No signs of wear or soiling
  3. Saved tags, labels
  4. The appearance of the goods is completely preserved
  5. A completed return application is attached to the return.

Within 14 days, not counting the day you receive your order, send the items you wish to return by courier service Econt, Speedy. Pack all return items in a bag or box.
Enclose a completed return application with the return.

Return of goods of good quality is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
Refunds are made to the same details that were used when placing the order. Please note that the speed of receipt of funds depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and can be up to 30 days.
If you would like to exchange a good quality item, please issue a return and then place a new order.
